This policy explains what Four Eyes Productions, Inc. (“Four Eyes”, “we”) collects through foureyes.com, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read.

What we collect

What you send us. When you submit a form (project intake, short enquiry, audit request, or a resource download) we receive what you typed: typically your name, email address, phone number if given, company, website address, and your message.
Basic usage data. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited and how people arrive. It records things like pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device type, and referring site. It sets cookies in your browser. We load it only after you interact with the page, or a few seconds after load.
Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and troubleshooting.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not buy data about you.

How we use it

To reply to you and scope the work you asked about.
To send a file you requested.
To understand which pages are useful and fix the ones that are not.
To keep the site secure.

We do not add you to a newsletter or marketing list because you filled in a form. If we ever offer a newsletter, it will be opt-in.

Who else handles it

We share information only with the services needed to run this site:

SiteGround hosts the website and stores form submissions in our database.
Google Workspace delivers form notifications to our email.
Google Analytics processes the usage data described above.
Trustindex displays our public Google reviews on the About page. It loads from its own servers when you view that page.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept for as long as they are useful for the conversation or the engagement that follows, then deleted. Analytics data is kept under Google Analytics retention settings.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@foureyes.com.
You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with a content blocker. The site works without them.
If you are in a region with specific privacy rights (for example the EU, UK, or California), those rights apply and we will honor them.

Children

This site is for businesses and organizations. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Client portal

The client portal at portal.foureyes.dev is a separate system for existing clients, with its own login. This policy covers foureyes.com only.
